Starter Vape Kit TPD — with full documents
This page is for distributors who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.

Batch consistency and why it matters
We work with distributors who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.
A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Merchandising a small range well
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep starter vape kits at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
Building an assortment that actually turns
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the starter vape kit list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
A practical starting order for distributors is 200 units across two or three SKUs, not 200 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
Unit price versus landed cost
We publish a realistic band of 2.82 to 8.15 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
Specification summary

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.
Frequently asked
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
How long does production take?
Around 28 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 200 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
