Where the margin really sits
Starter Vape Kit sits in a crowded price band, and the cheapest quote on the sheet is rarely the cheapest unit on your shelf. Everything below is built around reorder rate, defect rate and cash conversion rather than headline unit price.

We publish a realistic band of 2.92 to 8.90 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Batch consistency and why it matters
Every batch is pulled from running production, not from a display shelf. We check draw resistance, airflow balance, charge behaviour, leak performance after a temperature shift, finish quality and carton integrity, and we keep the pull records against the order number.
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
Keeping the second shipment identical
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.

Lead times, freight and landed cost

How long does production take?
Around 25 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 60 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
