The checks behind every shipment

7 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.

Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.

Price breaks and payment terms

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For distributors the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

We publish a realistic band of 2.68 to 8.79 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
